1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Makina Padel, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Makina Padel and apply to every version of the app and all related services.

2. The Service

Makina Padel provides padel training classes, AI-generated workouts, saved videos, and activity tracking to help you improve your game. Features may change, expand, or be discontinued over time as we develop the app.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account, and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use Makina Padel.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Makina Padel offers auto-renewing subscriptions. The subscription name, length, and price are shown in the app before you purchase.

• Auto-renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Billing: Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase and on each renewal.
• How to cancel: You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your Apple ID or Google account settings.
• Refunds: Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google through their respective stores.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app; not to resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content; and not to abuse, disrupt, or misuse the service or other users. We may restrict access if you violate these rules.

6. Intellectual Property

All classes, videos, workouts, and other content in Makina Padel belong to Makina Padel or its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the content for your own personal, non-commercial use only.

7. Health Disclaimer

Consult a physician before starting any exercise program. You participate in all activities, drills, and workouts at your own risk. Makina Padel is not liable for any injury, health condition, or harm that may result from using the app or following its content.

8. AI-Generated Content

Some workouts and recommendations are generated automatically and provided "as is." AI-generated content is not professional coaching, medical, or training advice, and may contain inaccuracies. Use your own judgment and consult a qualified professional when in doubt.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the service at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the app. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Makina Padel's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Makina Padel after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country or region in which Makina Padel operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
